Review on 🏄 DORSAL 15 FT Black Tie Down Straps for Surfboard, Kayak, SUP, and Surf Roof Rack (Set of 2) by Jeff Warne

USE: I purchased these to transport my 11.5 foot kayak on Route 40 from Southern California to Northern Virginia across the United States. I only had to tighten these straps twice during a week-long ride at up to 70 mph in high winds and rain. PROS: High quality components, great design from straps to cams, and long length to ensure utility. In combination with Thule straps, my kayak has been safe for over 3,500 miles. For local rides (100 miles or less) I will use them exclusively and buy another set as a backup. The straps did not fade in the sun and performed well in heavy rain and wind. The highest score. CONS: None for my application. GENERAL: Great straps that have held tight and are a permanent addition to my tether box in my Jeep. I will buy another set of these as a backup. Terrific.
