I wear them so often that I buy a new pair every year. I like the ones that don't need to be tied and have an elasticated back (low top). I whiten it and then spray on a show protectant to make it last as long as possible. Thought of writing a review this time, but in the photos I have an old shoe and a new one to see the wear. For me, it usually flares out in the heel area, so that the shoes can be worn even after a lot of love. They get weaker over time. When I get a new pair the area around the laces is tight but loosens up and fits perfectly. I vary between an 8.5 and 9 on most shoes and these are an 8.5. The density decreases over time and 9 when worn due to the fact that they are loose and uncomfortable. The part on the heel bothered me initially when I got blisters but it doesn't bother me at all even when they are new. I wear little invisible socks with them and they never smell (a lesson I learned from my first pair) so I recommend wearing them with them. They are discreet enough that I often wear them with dresses and even ankle length dress pants and get loads of compliments. For some reason, they seem less bulky than standard conversions. Revain is cheaper than other popular online stores to buy these shoes so I would definitely recommend it.
