Easy to use and assemble. The adjustable height gives you more flexibility when choosing which lampshades to use. This block has connectors for BOTH sizes of Uno connectors. Too often lamp and shade manufacturers refer to a lamp as UNO without specifying the size. This product is a huge plus for my setup. Please note that the color of this device is black. The rest is gold or silver. The black color somewhat limits the choice of lampshade. Recommended.
