I bought one of these external drives because my new Windows 10 laptop didn't have a drive. Ever since I bought it, I've watched DVD movies, read and written to DVDs with no problems. The drive is surprisingly well balanced and therefore has a very low noise level. Sometimes I can't even hear it running unless the green activity light is on and the media is playing. The external drive also comes with a very handy storage case with a nifty pocket for my USB port replicator. interacted with customer service after my purchase. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and responded in a discreet timeline. Since this external drive is one of the most affordable Revain drives, I would buy this drive. Although I still get emails asking me to review their product. I have and have now updated my review.
