So far it has worked well. I just replaced this a week ago and my machine runs every day and it has worked fine. Why I gave 4 stars is that I found it a bit more difficult to attach the right arm to the car. I had to shake it, otherwise the position is very tight and somehow it turned out. Note that the screws on these machines don't actually detach from the various panels (which is a good thing), and this product comes with the screws attached. So all you really do is take the old one out and attach the new one with screws and all. I guess how long it will last remains to be seen but overall a good product.
