Impressive and economical carving knife
Very impressed with the quality and price of this carving knife. I was looking for a cutting knife but didn't want to pay more than 50โฌ. The knife lies perfectly in the hand. Used this Thanksgiving to carve three turkeys. I was able to make very thin slices and everyone thought the presentation looked great. I look forward to using this for beef brisket.
