Accuracy is not much different from others in this price range. Eats batteries non-stop. The tips are easy if you use the touch buttons. Used almost every day until I bought another Ozeri scale (AAA, not a fancy grade - see review) and then they went crazy and returned to this one last year. Why did I even leave it? Because 5 years ago it eats batteries without stopping. Plan on 2x CR2032 at least every 3 months if using daily (mine actually lasts about 1 month with 2x faster use per day for coffee). It's also not properly supported (there are no supports on the front). So if you forget what unit you want exactly say it's in ounces and you need g after you grind the coffee perfectly on the scale you'll understand that you need to switch units it's going to be on the squeeze- rotated side of the front button you are using. FAIL.
