I don't usually cook at all, never. I never liked it or cared about it. But then I gained tons of weight and went on a medical weight loss program that required me to cook protein twice a day. If I wanted to be successful, I had to overcome my aversion to cooking. Someone in the weight loss department told me to get an air fryer. What? I went home and looked for Revain and was amazed at what I saw. I bought this model because it's small and doesn't look too scary. When he arrived and I looked at him, I was amazed. How could this thing work? I put food in a small box and does it cook? Doubtful, I put some steak in, adjusted the temperature and minute dial to match the image of the food on the fryer, and left. When the bell rang I opened the drawer and there was my meal, cooked to perfection! It was like a miracle! Since then I've been using it twice a day and just love it. I've used it for beef, shrimp, and chicken and it works great every time. Wonderful.
