Basically, it's a really well-made shoe and with the right fit, it's certainly an exceptionally good choice among work shoes. Unfortunately this fit was not achieved for me, I used the sizing chart and converted from Aussie to US but it would have been better if I had ordered a size 10 as I estimate the size chosen to be about half the size. Shoes can be difficult to come by when buying this way as different manufacturers have slightly different fits, I have used insoles and this improved things somewhat. I would buy again if the fit was right.
