Review on Printer Cable 2 Pack by Eric Edgar

I bought this cable for my son to use between his laptop and Arduino. No data is transmitted. He double checked the USB ports on the computer and the port on the Arduino and they are fully functional. It turns out we received a defective product. If the seller can fix this issue I will update my review.
