This is great for any dog and owner that needs to work on the memory but also needs to give the pup some space to run and explore. Very nice color but I am getting points deducted because the leash I received had a frayed spot that I was able to fix myself. The carabiner that connects to the harness or collar is sometimes disengaged, it would be better if the locking mechanism was screwed in instead or simply pushed in. After over an hour of running around on a nature hike, the carabiner actually popped open and I had to pick my dog up and buckle it back up. Overall, this leash is the perfect length, a good price, and can handle a lot of dirt and grime.
