Good/bad news and morals of this product: The good news is that it does the job. I just trimmed my head and beard to level 3 and it looks great! The bad news is that it's like using a manual lawn mower to get the job done. You have to keep going over the same spot until all the hair is trimmed. It's not like the barber shop where you walk in with the clippers and you're DONE, no lol. But like I said, it ends up doing the job it should. The moral of this story (of the product) is that you get what you paid for. I'm happy with it because I'm in no hurry. It would have been much better if I kept my hair length sooner rather than waiting so long. Also, don't forget to open the lengthening wand to full power from time to time and sweep out the clump of hair that has accumulated underneath. Facilitates blade work.
