I like that it has many different options for billing which makes things easier when you have multiple people using utilities in your home! It's easy enough so anyone can use with little training needed from staff members at support desk level - no need of an IT person working directly out front as well (which cuts down costs). The system isn't very user friendly if there are more than one biller/bill recipient involved; this would be great improvement over other systems we've used before where all information was stored within individual accounts instead -- not just separate bills but also account info such us address history etc.,.
