At first I was so pleased to read the good reviews! The product was delivered within two days which was great! The hot dog grill was packaged very well and even a thank you note from the company for choosing it. Okay, on the hot dog grill. After unpacking, I had to attach the bun holder to the door. So if you put the buns in the shelf, it will lower after opening the door. Pretty cute! Wipe down the grill/rollers with a damp paper towel and turn on to burn off any residue like dust or whatever. After a few minutes, I place four hot dogs on the grill and buns on the tray below. After 15 minutes the dogs were nice and full and the buns were toasted! Very easy to clean. If you're thinking of getting one of these hot dog toasters, don't waste your money! Don't think twice about buying this product, it's so durable! So happy! Brilliant.
