Picked up at amazon in Hong Kong. After being delivered to the market, the phone's packaging was found to be damaged and had been opened. After inspecting the phone where it was received and failing to locate any obvious defects, I removed it from the premises. I discovered that the fingerprint scanner at home does not function very well after bringing it home. That only works once. I gave my finger more than one go at being scanned. Altered finger. Restored all of the default settings and installed the most recent update. Nothing was of any use. On the fourth day, I informed Amazon about the defect and returned the item to them. They guaranteed that the money would be returned within three days. Even after ten days have passed, the money has not yet been delivered. Because of the difficult nature of making returns on pricey items purchased here, I do not advocate making such purchases. As a direct consequence of this, I will consume the information. Adding a review to the list. 18 days after the goods were returned, the money was given back to the customer. Therefore I upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars.
