No help so far and had to go to this company's website and download a useless driver. Now it's on my computer and I can't find it. And their delete function sucks. I don't trust these people and I am worried that this might be an error installed on my computer. The driver is on my computer, so why can't I find it? Other reviewers also point out that many other people are having issues with this product - the same issues. The driver does not work. Or the driver works, but then the computer crashes. Or the driver only works after repeated reinstallation. The message is clear. This product poses a threat to the human computer system. I'm sorry I didn't pay enough attention to the recent reviews.
