These pads are good if your car doesn't handle a lot of snow well, but if you have a decent car at snow management and just get stuck in a really big storm they won't be of any use at all. The 2 times I tried to use mine there was too much snow to effectively force them to stay in the same spot so I could get traction. Only recommended for vehicles without ESC or front-wheel drive.
