Nice though. on tricycles, scooters and vans

Cute, but a bit awkward to assemble. And one wheel keeps falling off. It turns out that the bars that hold the wheels have a small notch or protrusion on one end that snaps into the wheels. those on the other end, just hold on with a prayer.
