Review on Godinger 4811 Triangular Crystal Decanter by Jordan Weakland

This is amazing, we have several items including mugs, trays, cake stands etc that will be around for generations! Ok minus and there is only one, he/she contains some lead which gives a shine and a hard look. Obviously this is not good so long term storage of spirits/wine is not recommended as lead can slowly leach into alcohol. I don't know about you, but mine doesn't keep drinks in a carafe for more than a couple of weeks. So in a beautiful piece, great price, I recommended them. -PS- I often soak mine in vinegar and water, it's meant to remove lead at the surface level - they're also made from regular post-consumer glass from other manufacturers if that's what you prefer!
