Great tool that was exactly what you need
The ease of use for new users, as well as experienced ones, the great community and the high quality of support and training resources. It has been easy to train my organization's technical staff with Informatica. There are some things we struggle with like the performance, but it's no big deal. We have implemented several DW over the years using different tools. Some of them were cumbersome to use and others did not work for one reason or another. Informatica fits nicely into our existing environment. ITC has been a great partner to work with. They have been very responsive, and always willing to listen to our needs and help us find a solution. I cannot think of anything I dislike about ITC. The team has been great to work with. We were able to quickly and easily implement a solution to our needs.
