Looks cheap, not a 32 euro napkin holder

This expensive napkin holder looks like a wooden tray, but the wood is so crooked it looks awful. Curves about an inch from one corner to the other. The thing is very lame and looks very cheap. Charging $32 for this is really embarrassing. Can you see these pictures? One side does not touch the surface!
