The right product for me, there were no problems.

I took this particular model for the sake of an electronic panel with a progress indicator and the possibility of programming, as well as for the sake of making milk drinks. Overpaid for this compared to cheaper options. I don't regret it.

I think that the coffee machine is designed for a family of 2, maximum 3 people. The volume of the water and milk container is not super large. Too small for an office.

According to the instructions, you need to use low-fat cool milk, then the foam is excellent.

If you wet the milk container, the indicators become less visible, there is a feeling that you washed them away, but when it dries, everything reappears.

Pros

- works flawlessly, knows how to make cappuccino, latte and other drinks, we make latte and espresso - water and milk containers are convenient, the milk container can be placed in the refrigerator with milk, it is replaced by a hot water nozzle - descaling works well - takes up little horizontal space - good instruction in 2022 - Includes filter and descaling agent - all modes are programmed by volume and other parameters - latte, etc.

Cons

- noisy for small children, my child of 3 years is scared, for us it's normal - by default, the coffee machine turns off quickly enough if you are not using it, then when you turn it on, it rinses again. Perhaps this can be reprogrammed, it is not very annoying, so I have not studied this issue yet. - the milk nozzle is not long enough, but if you turn it correctly, the milk does not pour out
