This device should have come with a download, not instructions on how to add a cup of water. A cup of water might have worked for my purposes without this tool, but I wanted to quickly verify that the microwave worked without taking out a cup of water and heating it. I asked someone to sew a small bag of rice on the Magic Lights tool. Now the tool is ready. It's neat, it works, but it's not a complete tool, hence only 4 stars.
