I like that it is easy to use, simple interface for all of my marketing needs (email creation/management). It can be expensive if you are not using their cloud service so make sure your budget allows this option before purchasing! We have been able solve our email problems with Marketo's platform in minutes versus hours or days spent doing other things such as data entry etc.. The ability create emails from templates has saved us time by reducing errors when creating new messages compared against manual processes which could take up many man-hours per day!!
