I've been using cheaper thumb grips for a few years now and they just amaze me. They remain stable when playing on my PS5 controller, but I can still reconfigure them if needed. The slightly raised 2 sides give your thumb a great place to rest and also give you a little more information about where exactly you are moving the stick. I used bigger sticks to have a little more control over things. It's a noticeable difference, but it takes very little time to get used to it. I don't think I'll be switching to other mini joysticks anytime soon. . .unless Sliq releases something even newer.
