When all is said and done, you CAN get a new lock for another $100 after you've deducted the shipping and "fees" and you CAN'T YET TRUST THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT that caused you to get it , WILL NOT HAVE to unlock it and waste valuable time and resources. STUNNING! WILL NEVER BUY A KRYPTONITE PRODUCT. They were open to my complaint and didn't crouch down to fix it. $100 down the drain!
