This skirt is for girls, not for women. However, I am a size 10-14 for women and I ordered 20 for tall girls and they fit great! I find that tall girls have wider hips / wider flow. I'm 5ft 4 inches tall and it comes down to my knees just like I wanted it. It's a little loose, but it comes with an elastic band and a button to tighten. It was a little wrinkled from being in the bag, some of the folded parts are not too folded. I'm hoping that dry cleaning or hanging it up in the bathroom during a hot shower will fix the problem. All in all it's good for my Hufflepuff costume!
