The best part about this application, I can manage my employee attendance from anywhere in the world at any point of time it supports multi language as well which makes working more effective with ease. It's very easy way to keep track all your employees information so that you don't need to go through many documents if there are multiple entries or updates. This app has made our work simpler by keeping record and sending reminders regarding upcoming tasks. Also tracking their performance gives us peace of mind because we know they're doing what needs to be done. Sometimes when i'm using this application while creating reports sometimes there could be some delays but not much since its up an running within few seconds. Good job! If anyone looking out good solution to have better management then use civihr otherwise nothing bad. Having a proper log book will help me make sure no one leaves without giving notice etc.. Tracking attendance/absence issues helps me.
