I wanted to love her but.

I bought these tissues based on other reviews. Unfortunately they are not as beautiful as I had hoped. They don't wash well (and yes, I followed the washing instructions). The texture and sheen of the fabric changed dramatically after one wash, and the edges of the handkerchiefs curled horribly. In the photo I posted, the handkerchief on the left is an unused, unwashed handkerchief compared to the handkerchief on the right which has been washed once. I'm disappointed. :-(
