Does not stay connected to the internet
This is a great fan and we really like it and would give it 5 stars but it keeps disconnecting and has to be reset almost daily. In the first month everything was fine, without problems, then it began to fall periodically, and now it is constant. I'm a software developer and we have a smart home. It's the only device in the house that's disconnecting, so we know for sure it's the device and not the connection. If WAC could solve this problem it would be one of the best fans out there.
- Battery operated Bluetooth wall mount remote control included (part no. RC20-WT). Optional wired Bluetooth wall control sold separately (Part # WC20-WT). The controls are Bluetooth compatible for extended range, and unlimited fans can be controlled within range by remote or wall control.
