I wasn't sure how well this would work to keep me in my doggy but with the right pair of underpants it was exactly what I was hoping for. I put on a high-rise compression garment and put it where I wanted. The added compression from this nifty little board held me in place and didn't pinch or cause discomfort. I wore it for hours sitting, standing and walking. Of course, it needs a bit of tweaking when changing positions, but it was easy enough to do so unnoticed. In general, the compression was enough that I didn't choke. I highly recommend it if you need extra anti-aliasing.
