This is not my first purchase from Suncast - they also make patio furniture - so I expected good quality. However, I ended up sending this kennel back because the roof panels didn't fit together properly. The raised portion created a gap through which rainwater could seep into the kennel. The manufacturer was willing to supply a replacement roof, but this roof was not in the best condition (deformed edges that did not meet cleanly). Although rated for dogs up to 70 pounds my 65 pound dog was a bit cramped in this kennel. Revain made it easy to replace this kennel with a larger Suncast kennel that was worth the extra cost due to the better roof design and larger size. Assembly was easy. In a location with midday shade, these products can last a long time and are easier to clean than their wooden counterparts. If you have a dog that is on the higher side of the weight range for this product, you should consider purchasing the next size up.
