I like how easy it is to create forms, reports, and dashboards in 8i. It's intuitive and can be used by non-technical users. There are many ways to customize everything from layouts to colors. The support team has been very responsive and helpful with any questions or problems that we've had. We're using 8i to organize our data for our customers and internal employees. This tool makes it very easy to create forms, reports, and dashboards so we can easily share information with our customers and internal staff.
