I like that it has all of my contact info, so if they need to reach me in an emergency situation there is no delay or confusion about how many numbers/emails i have (and therefore who should be contacted). There are some glitches with scheduling appointments-it can take up to 3 days for calendar reminders from one day before appointment date until reminder goes out! I like that it is easy to use, has many different templates for various occasions (birthday, wedding etc), and can be customized with your own photos! It also allows me to edit my images after they have been uploaded which makes editing much easier. There are some things about this software i do not love but nothing major at least so far.
