I didn't really want to pay that much for a ball joint. The Moog was significantly smaller, but the Moog replacement had grooves that supposedly helped it fit better, but also discouraged you from using anything other than the Moog in the future. I called my local Honda dealers and they all wanted significantly more than that Revain price (about $80 when I bought it) so I bought it and I'm glad I did. The replacement process went smoothly and appears to be as close to the original as possible. If you're making this replacement using the Advance Auto Ball Joint Kit, just be aware that the bearing cups aren't designed to remove the original - you'll have to hammer them out. The kit is suitable for installing a new one.
