They hqve gone above and beyond to ensure that i was totally satisfied to the very end.THANK YOU NINA QUEEN!Was soon excited at first when I received this item, but I'm seriously wondering if it is reuly sterling silver. It has become extremely dull and lifeless quite quickly despite cleaning it with the enclosed cloth. The stamp says .925 but time will tell I guess. Glad I didn't gift this.
