Definitely a difference in pumping and staying power, especially in my arms, compared to her strength before I started taking the supplement. When I bend now, it really bangs! No bloat was noted as I'm 5'0" tall and 103 lbs, small build, rectangular/apple shaped. I would have known right away but so far I haven't had any bloat at all. Because they say be careful with the water .and to make sure you're getting enough by taking any form of creatine, I've started making sure I'm drinking at least 3-4 cups of water (from the moment I wake up) before I do the first two then I drink about 3 cups more during exercise, if not more, and continue to drink afterwards. I wouldn't skimp on the water. I've drunk at least 8 cups while taking it and haven't had any cramps. We'll see how it works, i hope to lose weight!
