I love these shoes. I like the style. Black shoes with white trim have a casual feel and go with everything. Then why two stars? All three pairs of toms I bought from Amazon are moldy! I'll admit that maybe it was my fault as I wore these shoes bare-bones the entire summer in California. So I bought them again. This time I also bought 20 pairs of no show socks along with shoes to keep them clean and dry. It was in June. It's September now and they're moldy again, although I kept them spotless this time. For example, I never wore them two days in a row, kept them cool and always made sure that no moisture got in. Barbecue two hours after arrival because there was no air conditioning or a fan to keep me from sweating in my boots. Serious. Another time at work in the office, I cried out loud because I accidentally spilled some water on my shoes. In this respect I was almost a little glad that they were finally moldy. I would rather buy more durable shoes than continue to coddle these shoes. I still don't recommend it.
