I first ordered five packs of 30 carats (150 total) of these natural wood pieces to use as party favors for my daughter's wedding in December. I also order personalized 2 inch decals to put on each piece. The pieces of wood weren't a uniform size, but most were large enough to hold 2-inch stickers. The position of the pre-drilled hole also determined whether I was able to place the stickers successfully or not. and are still able to thread a string of natural jute twine (included) through the hole so they can be hung as tree ornaments for our wedding guests. Some of the holes were drilled a little closer to the center of the tree so I had to put a sticker on the rope (see picture of the smaller piece of wood). But in general, most pieces come with stickers and will make beautiful wedding favors. Only three pieces of wood were defective (see photo). One is cracked and the other two have the bark peeled off around the edges. However, as this only occurred in 3 out of 150 woodcuts, this was a very low percentage of defective pieces. I urge everyone to be confident and to order a little more than necessary, just in case. Due to possible defects, do not order the exact quantity you need. Real wood is beautiful and smooth. I would definitely buy again. I ended up placing each piece in an organza gift bag, along with 2 mints, to give to each guest at the wedding.
