About a month and a half in, we haven't had any issues. I was concerned that it wouldn't be as powerful as a standard vacuum, but it actually works rather well. Since the trash can is see-through, I've taken to vacuuming everything just to see how much junk I can get rid of. The first time I did this, I was shocked to find dust and wool in a blanket that had been washed multiple times. Since there is a cat in the house, the wool does occasionally fly about, but now you can easily and quickly vacuum up the mess. After you're done cooking or if something falls apart on the table, it's easy to vacuum it up with a narrow nozzle located elsewhere in the kitchen. When I was done with it, I put it back where I found it. Super! The cons include the fact that it's heavy for me to hold for extended periods of time (such as while vacuuming a blanket or a sofa), and the fact that even when you position the brush close to a wall, it doesn't always pick up debris there. Then, with a thin nozzle, you'll need to travel down the plinth independently. Wet cleaning is probably not as effective as advertised, but I didn't plan on using it when I bought this vacuum. Even though I routinely vacuum at full power, there have been no complaints about the capacity; it is more than adequate for my studio space. The fact that the filter can be removed from the vacuum and cleaned separately was also a big plus in my book.
