I like that it is only one ear. I've bought a few others: a pair of two $30 pairs of headphones that hugged my head too much, and a cheaper pair. When I work from home or in a call center, as soon as I start answering the phone, I feel claustrophobic, like I'm in another world with both ears closed. With them you have a whole ear free and you can switch ears by turning the microphone to the other side. They also don't cling too much to the head. I love it! They're cheaper so I'll buy a few pairs to have on hand. I also love hearing customers with just one ear! And you're still tuned into what's going on around you. The quality is good, my customers hear me and they meet all the requirements. This pair has a regular headphone jack, so make sure you have a USB extender if you need one.
