I like that it is easy to use for our organization as we are not very tech savvy so this has been great! It's also free which makes us feel more comfortable with purchasing software from an outside vendor versus one of ours internally making changes or adding features ourselves would be costly (time/money). We have used other programs but they were too complicated compared what was needed at my current job - simple yes? This program does exactly just enough without being overwhelming when you first open up your account page.- The ability to pull data into Excel format easily through their API feature made importing large sets much easier than having them manually input each row by hand.-- Easy access control lists-- Ability create custom fields within reports suchas "Newly added products" etc.
