If you add heat shrink tubing, they work.

They are supplied with positive wire only, no earth wire. Also, when you insert the bulb into the socket, the center wire will reach the body of the socket and cause a short circuit. You can add a short piece of heat shrink tubing and the problem will be solved, but the truth is this is a poor and cheap design. You might want to look for something better.
