I like how easy this was for our organization compared other solutions we've used previously (Salesforce).
It also made onboarding process so much easier since there were no steps needed once you signed up! The only thing about using Interface AI would be when someone calls or emails us directly they're not able see who's answering their question via chatbot instead just seeing "A" icon if available - which could mean anyone within my team but more often times meant me personally being logged into multiple devices at one time while working remotely during COVID19 pandemic lockdown period. Overall great experience implementing Chatbots/AI platform suchas Interface Ai!!
