A great solution if you are looking

The best part of Boost.AI is the ability to have a virtual agent in a conversation with your customers. It helps in streamlining the customer service experience and reduces the effort required to handle service requests. The UI is quite simple and easy to use. It can be used to automate any kind of customer service related task. I have not found anything that I dislike about this platform. It is a very good tool for automating various customer service related tasks. It helps in handling service requests, answering FAQs and resolving customer queries. It is a very good tool for handling any kind of customer service related task.

Pros
  • This was my first time working using machine learning models when trying out AI services like Amazon Alexa or Google Now.I felt it worked perfectly fine as they were able find specific information quickly & accurately without having too much trouble finding exactly what i needed within minutes!Great job guys!! :)
