Blunt tip, hook won't catch
I thought it was a good deal but it isn't. The hood is very flat, the thread keeps slipping off, and the tip is very blunt so you have to pinch it really hard to get it through the stitch. (See my photo of the bamboo handle hook from this set next to the bates hook) Unfortunately I have to return this set. If you want detailed work, these are not the hooks you need.
