Review on 🥫 FoodSaver FM2000-FFP Vacuum Sealer Machine: Starter Bags & Rolls, Safety Certified (Black) by Heather Welsh

I bought this cable to replace my old one. The new features are very nice, for example the lid no longer has to be held and there is a separate "Seal Only" function. We had issues with some packages not being sealed hence I only gave 4 stars. We're working on it and assume it's operator error, but the bags that weren't sealed had the problem in the same place, so I'm wondering if it's not the heat strip. We double check the seal before putting it in the freezer and when in doubt seal it upside down. Food that is too moist can cause sealing problems. So when there is a lot of water on the food, we seal it with vacuum, then wipe the inner top edge and seal without vacuum. Or put it in another bag first. If this is your first seal, you need to learn how to do it properly.
