Full comprehensive diagnostic check

You need to launch the app for this, but once you do it will really open up a handy and comprehensive diagnostic view of your vehicle. So if the check engine light comes on, just plug it in and see what happens. Easy to use and navigate once everything is set up. It even shows you other items that may need to be explored before the dashboard lights up. This device actually covers many cars from around the world if they are made after 1996. But all cars from USA, Europe and Asia are compatible with this device. I connected this to my rarely used tablet so I have a bigger screen. With two teenage drivers at home, each with a car over 10 years old, so the diagnostic code reader has been used quite a few times and luckily all that was needed was a small repair at home. I would say this device is accurate and overall not too difficult to navigate. At 40 I don't consider myself a tech savvy person but I have a good grasp of how to navigate this device smoothly.

Pros
  • Smart diagnostic tool with vehicle VIN
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
