Review on ActiveAccounting by Duane Kerr

I like how easy it is to set up an automated system with multiple locations! It has all of my different locations, so when i get an email from one of them, it goes straight into my calendar. the program sometimes glitches out, but with quick workarounds it usually gets back on track quickly. Sometimes there can be a delay between sending an invoice through the system and seeing the actual transaction in cash register. This does not always happen, but if you have it set up correctly, it shouldnt take too long at all. We use activeaccounting as our accounting system. It allows me to see where money is coming from and going to in every aspect of my business. The ability to integrate many different programs into one platform is great! There have been some issues with Active Accountings customer service, but this has improved over time. I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for an all-inclusive program that will do it all in terms of accounts payable/receivable, inventory management & costing etc. They can handle any sized business at any size level - large or small, local / national sales or manufacturing plants.
