I like how easy it is to set up an automated system with multiple locations! It has all of my different locations, so when i get an email from one of them, it goes straight into my calendar. the program sometimes glitches out, but with quick workarounds it usually gets back on track quickly. Sometimes there can be a delay between sending an invoice through the system and seeing the actual transaction in cash register. Also, I think they should have an option where you can download your data from the cloud into another program without having to purchase additional licenses. I like this product because it is very easy-to use as well has an excellent customer service team who will assist you in any way possible! It is easy enough so anyone can use it without having any special training or experience with computers at all! Once you learn how simple things work in this program there isn't much more I would want out of an account management system than what's already here. There could be some improvements made but overall they're doing pretty good considering their target market.
